I like the slightly smaller screen, how thin it is folded and lighter than my S23 Ultra. Being able to unfold for a larger screen when needed is awesome! Very pleased with the performance.

Upgraded from the S24 ultra to the fold 7. I feel next to no difference while using the outer screen and don't see the fold line at all on the inside when it's on. Miss the in screen fingerprint scanner but the one on the power button works fine so far.

My Favorite Fold Yet

I was on the fence about upgrading to the 7 for some time. It wasn't until I actually held one in person that I realized what a complete game changer it was from the previous models. The slimmed down form factor with the wider front screen make this great to use in either folded or unfolded mode. The versitility of features would make it truly hard to go back to a non foldable phone.

Reliable even in the cold

Its incredibly thin and light design (just 8.9mm folded and 4.2mm unfolded) means it finally feels like a normal phone, not a bulky gadget. I think this is a great device overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I think this is a great device. While trying to text with the phone open, inadvertently, I end up closing out the screen frequently when trying to hit the space button. That can be frustrating.
I use my fold to watch a lot of content on youtube and other streaming services. I enjoy the bigger screen and the loudspeakers that are provided with this phone when doing so
I have started to notice some wearing on the screen where the hinge is under the screen. It has created two lines kind of on both sides of the crease. Although I do not notice them while the screen is on. Only when the screen is off.
I do find it frustrating when my screen goes dim on me and I can't do anything to get my screen brightness to go back up except wait for the phone to decide its time.
This is the first year that I have considered the fold phone. Because the cameras are more in line with the ultra phones. I do think that, for the price, the fold the phones should have the same features as the ultra phones. Cameras, screen specs, battery specs, etc.
I do enjoy using Galaxy AI to play with photos I've taken or helping me with various tasks such as finishing a letter or creating a logo.
I look forward to purchasing the Fold 8.
