Finally decided to try the Fold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to do phone repair and had been watching the Fold since the first version and finally felt that the Fold was in a good spot to be a great everyday phone. So far I have been very pleased with the phone with my only real complaint being that Samsung went back to the hole punch front camera on the number screen, I think either no front camera on the inner screen or an under display is a much better choice.

Media/video consumption
on October 10, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the Galaxy fold 7 is the ultimate media / video consumption device. The outer screen is still very usable for apps and for typing and everything else that you would want to do on a device. But when it comes to watching YouTube videos or watching tik Tok or twitch or any type of media it just looks so much better on the inside display. I've been using the fold devices since the Galaxy fold 3 and I just can't go back to a regular size device. So I always break it down like this when people ask. The Galaxy s25 ultra is going to give you the best camera and the best battery life. The Galaxy flip devices are going to give you a nice compact device that easily fits into pockets and small purses and also has a very functional outside display. And the Galaxy full devices are going to give you the best media consumption in a nice large display.

Window Management is Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that there is room to tile 4 apps on the screen and still be able to read everything.
Aside from that the Galaxy AI included in image editing vang do many things. Erase backgrounds or objects by just touching them with your finger. Galaxy AI finds the edges for you. And it fills in that space so cleanly that it's usually not even noticeable there was an edit except for the generated by AI text at the bottom.

The Future Is Now, and It Folds
on October 10, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In an age where smartphones are largely indistinguishable slabs of glass, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 arrives not merely as an upgrade, but as a bold redefinition of what mobile computing can and should be. After using this futuristic marvel for several weeks, I can confidently say: the Z Fold 7 isn't just a phone — it's a revolution in your pocket.
✨ First Impressions: Premium, Polished, and Positively Stunning
Unboxing the Galaxy Z Fold 7 feels like stepping into a sci-fi novel. The packaging is minimal but luxurious, and lifting the device out of the box feels like holding the future. It's slimmer, lighter, and sleeker than its predecessor — folding shut like a book, but opening to reveal a vibrant canvas of possibilities.
Samsung has clearly fine-tuned its foldable DNA. From the hinge to the display to the software, this device oozes craftsmanship. There’s an immediate sense that you’re not holding just another phone — you're holding a piece of what's next.
🔍 Design: The Art of Folding, Perfected
The Z Fold 7’s design reflects years of refinement. At first glance, it might seem similar to the Fold 6, but closer inspection reveals several key improvements:
Thinner Hinge: Now virtually gapless when folded, the hinge is smaller yet stronger, with a new liquid-metal alloy for durability.
Lighter Build: At just 239g, it's lighter than many flagship slab phones, which is astonishing for a device with two screens.
Armor Aluminum 3.0 Frame: This year’s edition is tougher
