Very bad product

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with the Galaxy Z Fold7. If you're using an older app not optimized for the device's Infinity display, it may not utilize the entire screen. Luckily, many apps can be configured to use the full display, which is likely a compatibility concern rather than a UI glitch. While many apps now adapt to various screen sizes, this depends on the developer. To adjust settings, go to Display, then Settings, and tap Display. You can select Full screen apps to manage your options and enable full-screen mode for specific apps. In the Aspect ratio tab, tap the app you want and choose Full screen or App default. On the Z Fold series, options differ based on whether the device is open or closed. For example, on the front screen of the Z Fold, in the Full screen apps menu, toggle the switch next to the app to enable or disable full-screen view. Great phone, but not yet perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Z Fold 7 is incredibly thin and the size is perfect for me. I like everything except the following : 1. Camera and picture quality not good. 2. Charging takes longer. 3. Volume is too low. Speaker is not loud enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new Z Fold 7 is fantastic. It's basically a mini tablet and phone all in one. The video on this device is great and the pictures are good to as long as you don't zoom in to much. The Galaxy Ai is so cool to you can get it to help you write stuff, summarize websites, edit photos and so much more. I love playing games on this phone its a completely different experience on the big screen compared to my last phone the note 20 ultra.

Key improvements include a 200MP main camera, enhanced durability with less visible crease, and a normal-thickness phone feel when closed due to a more standard 21:9 aspect ratio front screen. However, it omits the under-display camera in favor of a punch-hole and no longer supports the S Pen.
