[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am developer, I was recently using the Honor Magic V3 and the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro....
Both phones are phenomenal... However.... The Samsung os ecosystem is just the king. A long with Galaxy AI allowing more access and in a lot of cases ease of access to my programs and apps, giving me suggestions and helping me search... I don't think I'll leave Samsung again. Samsung, you have a home run here.

Great device, still miss the s pen

I still miss the spen. No 3rd party device works as well as a stylus and the size of the screen really demands it. The only option is an ipad... Not the same...

The performance from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 (for Galaxy) is blisteringly fast — multitasking, gaming, and video editing happen without a single hiccup.
The display is a stunner: adaptive 120 Hz refresh, HDR brightness that cuts through direct sunlight, and color accuracy that makes streaming and editing equally enjoyable. The camera system continues to impress — improved stabilization, low-light clarity, and AI-driven enhancements that actually look realistic instead of overprocessed.
Galaxy AI takes it all further. Real-time translation, Note Assist, and Photo Remaster are surprisingly reliable and fast. Battery life easily carries a full day of heavy use, and the thermals stay cool under stress. Even the speakers sound richer and more spatial than before.

I love everything about the phone except the battery. I have to charge it between 2 and 3 times a day. I got it because I own a bakery and need to use multiple apps at the same time. Sadly I feel tethered to the outlet now. My s24 ultra went 2 days without a charge with the same usage.

We understand and want to help with some troubleshooting tips to keep your device working smoothly and avoid constant searches for chargers. Remember, moving from the S24 Ultra to the Z Fold means powering up 3 screens instead of one. Adjusting your screen brightness to a moderate level can help conserve battery while still maintaining visibility. You can also optimize your battery usage by going to Settings > Battery. Review app activity via the graph and 'View details.' Enable Power saving mode to limit performance—just tap Power saving and select your preferred settings. Put infrequently used apps to sleep to prevent unnecessary drain: go to Background usage limits, then set apps to sleep, exclude certain apps from auto-sleep, and view current sleeping apps. Deep sleeping apps won’t run in the background until reopened. Switch to Light performance profile for better battery life: go to Settings > Device care > Performance profile and choose Light.
