Some features in settings changes and lost contact

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I keep losing my contacts saved from time to time and can't figure out the reason. Also, some of the good features in the setting change and sometimes lost.Maybe after upgrade. Including select to speak, i used to be able to change the language setting directly in the select speed. But now is changed, and some of the feature lost. Voice input also doesn't recognize different language like it used to be. Not sure why it's going backwards after upgrade. Upgrades should improve the function.Not backwards like this. The performance not very stable very disappointing. This happened to all my samsung cellphone.Not only this model. Also, when i unfold the screen sometimes it flashing.I have to reboot it in order to make it work. Not sure.It's your hardware problem on.Software problem, but very disappointing, not stable performance.

I decided to take a dive on this model and I couldn't be happier. It feels natural switching between the inner and outer screens and it feels great in my hands. I wish some of the more customizable settings were easier to get to but the community online will tell you everything you need to know to get the phone in the exact state you want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded fom the Z Fold 4. What a difference! Amazingly thin and lighter with larger displays. Fits comfortably in my pocket. The Z fold 4 was very heavy and bulky. The QHD+ resolution is crystal clear. Refresh rate is super fast, as well. One minor inconvenience..the battery is only compatible with 25 watt charging. But I suspect the reason for that is a give & take in order to make this device so thin. Very impressed with this phone overall. 5 stars!!

Fold 7 is better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Fold 3 first than upgraded to the Fold 5 both those ran very good but eventually the Fold 5 started to have issues with wifi and Bluetooth so luckily I still had the Fold 3 so I went back to my roots. The security/firmware updates life came to an end on that phone recently so I now have the Fold 7. The difference in weight is insane..Fold 7 is soooo much thinner takes a little time to get use too. Texting is and feels way better now that the screen is little wider. The AI capabilities is another plus. Haven't fully explored yet but what I have is pretty awesome. I invested in a case and screen protector cause I hope to have this phone for some years. Very happy I upgraded.

I was debating on this phone and have had it now for maybe almost a month. I absolutely love it! I was worried about the size and weight and if it would fit in my jean pockets - but it has passed every test. My previous phones were part of the Galaxy S series so the operating system was familiar but there seems to be a lot of different things I can do on this phone - I'm learning every day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The icing to this phone is the Galaxy AI feature, and though that in itself is mind blowing, the Galaxy fold 7 is such an amazing phone, there is so much fun and interesting things like the screen duality, the computer like track pad and cursor, just to name a couple. Truly a smart and sleek piece of tech, my life has changed, no more rotten apples to deal with.
