The inside screen, stop working and the 5G worked intermittently. It's my wife's phone. She has cancer.The repair scenario is a nightmare.

Thank you for your feedback about the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Mely! We take pride in offering the best buds in the market and want to help turn your experience around. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds, which means they don't have ear tips like canal-style earbuds. To use them, simply place them in your ears; you'll see directional marks at the bottom: an L for the left bud and an R for the right. Insert the R bud into your right ear, R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear, L facing you. Angle the buds slightly so that the microphone points towards your mouth, not straight down. You can adjust their fit by rotating them forward or backward until they feel comfortable. To enhance your audio experience, we recommend trying out the Equalizer on the Wearable app. This way, you can personalize your buds' settings to sound the way you prefer them. The best phone I've ever had, greatest one yet!

Love my ZFold 7, the best money can buy

The hinge feels sturdier and smoother than ever, and both screens are bright and sharp. I love being able to use it as a regular phone, then open it up into a mini tablet for videos, reading, or multitasking.
