I have called, i have visited the store in person and no one is solving my problem. This phone heat up when charging and drains the battery so fast.
At the store i was asked to take it to samsung, samsung said they never service phone from providers

Pretty impressive phone after using it for about 2 weeks. I have been on the fence for a long time with the previous Folds due to low camera specs that were much worse than Ultra. Now, even though they forgot to include the 10x zoom camera that Ultra has, it is acceptable.
