Actual use o this phone leaves a lot to be desired

I know people are showing a lot of love for this phone, but I have to disagree, at least with some aspects. The phone is heavy and awkward. It doesn't respond well, even with out a case. I used a Note 9 for ages and loved it, so some of my opinions are based on previous experience. My biggest concern is that it doesn't easily use a stylus. I purchased after market cases that I thought would help. But either they are super hard to get out of the case, or they're the wrong thickness, or they sort of fit when the phone is closed, but not when it's open AND when I found one that I believed was ideal, the
squishy end pulled off coming out of the case and left a little, hard stump that's useless. My husband bought a 26 Ultra and really likes it. I keep asking if he'll swap with me. No chance.!

Not worth the money I spent

On a bad not, when I purchased the phone, I was expecting some instructions on key items to help guide me. Nothing was with the phone except a little sleeve on turning on & off and care. It is very slow to bring the front screen up, slow to switch between screens, and let's not mention trying to figure out how to do a simple screen shot!! Just not a user friendly phone.
On a good note, I do like the open screen feature. That is the main reason I purchased for my company.

I have using Samsung foldables since the Z Fold 2 and I can definitely express without a doubt that the Z Fold 7 is their best foldable so far. I really look foward to their next foldable the Z Fold 8.

Great phone, but hate the angel wings effect

I enjoy the phone, with one exception. I hate the angel wings effect that occurs when the phone is closed due to the screens touching. I contacted Samsung about this issue and was referred to a third party for repair, but was told that Samsung made the phone so thin that there was no issue and to clean the screen frequently.
Overall, I wish I had kept my Z Fold 6

Battery life can be influenced by various factors, including device settings, environmental conditions, and usage patterns. By understanding these factors and adjusting your settings, you can use the battery more efficiently and extend its lifespan.
To check your app usage, open Settings, tap on Battery, and then scroll down to the graph and select "View details."
To improve battery performance, consider turning on Power Saving Mode. Tap on Power Saving, then enable the switches for the settings you prefer.
You can also put rarely used apps to sleep to reduce battery drain. To do this, go to Background Usage Limits and adjust the following options:
- **Put Unused Apps to Sleep:** This will automatically put apps to sleep if they haven't been used for a while.
- **Never Auto-Sleep Apps:** Choose which apps will not automatically enter sleep mode.
- **Sleeping Apps:** Select apps that won’t run in the background and view your current sleeping apps.
- **Deep Sleeping Apps:** These apps will never run in the background and will only function when you open them.
Additionally, switching to the Light Performance profile can help prioritize battery life over processing speed. To do this, navigate to Settings, tap on Device Care, then tap on Performance Profile, and select Light.

It's all around fabulous

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just all around fancy it's sleek it's flawless it's amazing huge screen background is clear than HDTV it's got wonderful streaming assets it's smooth it runs fast it's like a tablet and a phone all-in-one and it's got more memory than your computer your basic computer does I mean it's just the best phone I think that's been out in so many years I would absolutely love to own one I don't unfortunately but if I could win it I would always use it and I would always advertise it forever.
