So Good...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally upgrade my phone on two year cycle. For when does z fold 7 was released, I had to check it out. After holding it in hand I had to violate that upgrade cycle. Coming from pixel 9 pro Fold, you wouldn't think this is a huge upgrade. But once you're experienced it you'll understand. It truly feels like using a standard phone when closed. And performance just can't be beat. Not a huge photographer but the pictures I've taken so far are more than decent. After using a pixel for a while I forgotten how customizable Android should be. Samsung's one UI really recaptures that. I still think some of the Pixel features like call screening is still better than Samsung's. Most AI features are about on par. But the trade-off was worth it.

Tablet when I want. phone when I need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first ever foldable phone I purchased. I always saw them and kind of thought they were bulky. This was the first one I thought could be my actual phone. It's super thin and makes me realize that this could be the future, not even to mention the new Galaxy AI. I've actually been using it to take reminders, take notes, and summarize articles. It really helps me stay on track. I love the inner screen for gaming, watching videos, or reading articles while I'm watching a video.

Folding Phone Game Changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an avid techy but have been waiting to jump on a new phone purchase because I just didn't feel the offerings were exciting enough to execute on a purchase. Enter the Fold7 which blew me away with its think and light footprint, amazing cameras, and awesome huge screen which allows so many ways to multitask. I didn't want to buy a tablet but needed something bigger than my S22 Ultra. The Fold7 for right into that niche!

The Outer Screen: A Game-Changer for Big Thumbs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start here, because it’s the single most noticeable upgrade. The 6.5-inch cover display is wider, roomier, and flat-out more comfortable to use.
Typing feels natural. On older Folds, I always felt like I was pecking at half-sized keys, and my thumbs covered half the word suggestions. On the Fold 7, I can actually type without turning every text into an autocorrect disaster.
Fewer mis-taps. With more width, the screen gives my thumbs proper landing space. I’m not brushing the edges or hitting the edges or hitting “send” instead of “space” anymore.
Less unfolding required. Before, I had to open the phone just to respond to messages, scroll through emails, or even look at maps. Now, the cover screen is big enough that I can get most things done without opening it at all.
It sounds small, but this shift is huge for me. The Fold 7 feels more like a normal phone when closed, instead of a compromise.
