What really sets it apart is Galaxy AI. I’ve used it for live translations when traveling, summarizing long articles for school/work, and even enhancing photos and videos instantly. It feels like having a personal assistant built right into my device, and it saves me hours every week.
As a content creator, the upgraded cameras with Galaxy AI editing tools help me turn raw footage into polished content without needing a computer. The AI suggestions for framing, lighting, and edits are shockingly accurate.
The Fold7 also fits my lifestyle: from work emails during the day to sports streaming at night, it adapts seamlessly. The durability is impressive — the hinge feels smoother than previous models, and the battery comfortably lasts me through heavy multitasking.

My First Foldable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who works in the wireless cellular industry, I've been around foldables for years now. Each year tempted me to make the jump from my Ultra/Pixel Pro to the Z Fold and the 7 just seemed like the time. I love the in hand feel of this phone; thin, light, and well balanced.
I've been incorporating Gemini/Galaxy AI into my day to day life, often times replacing the need for a google search or using the assistant by simply asking gemini a quick question. It's also been very useful pointing my camera at an object and asking questions related to it.
Been to a couple of concerts and baseball games since getting this phone and my biggest fear switching from an ultra was that the camera wouldn't hold up the same - I am proud to report that is false! The camera is a beast on this phone.
The primary reasons I wanted this device was to make multitasking easy (relying more on samsung notes recently and I didn't even know it had gotten so many upgrades taking it to a new level), consuming media more fun with streaming videos as well as playing games like COD mobile or even the daily Wordle have become more fun with the added real-estate.
The battery gets me through the day pretty well as someone who has several online meetings, gaming sessions and Netflix during lunch breaks. My average usage is about 7 hours screen on time with pretty intensive activities.
If you've considered making the jump, try this phone out and you'll see first hand why I am so happy with my phone.

Z fold 7 is the best phone I've ever used!

Coming from the Galaxy S24 ultra I really didn't expect as many improvements as it has. Everything works and performs even better than I expected. The large screen is perfect for streaming, gaming, even simply reading is better.
The built in Galaxy AI has made so many daily tasks effortless and has even made my job easier. I'm still learning even more ways the AI can help me not only in productivity but with fun features as well.
I'll admit I was sceptical before making the switch but I am so glad I did. I have never been this happy with a new phone before. I would recommend this phone 1000%.

A game-changing phone with one drawback

Between the large unfolded screen and Galaxy AI, I can multitask like never before—whether it’s drafting medical notes, preparing sermons, or quickly summarizing articles. It honestly feels like carrying a powerful tablet and phone in one device.
I use it daily for streaming movies with my wife, gaming to unwind, and keeping up with sports highlights. The multitasking features make work and study so much smoother, and Galaxy AI really adds another layer of usefulness by helping me stay organized.
The only drawback is the crease in the middle of the display. It’s still very noticeable, especially when watching videos or reading for long periods. For such a futuristic device, I wish that part felt more polished.
Even with that flaw, the Z Fold 7 is an incredible device that fits seamlessly into both my work and personal life. It’s powerful, versatile, and shows what the future of smartphones can be.

A great innovation.

I'm kind of person that use simple phone, but this time I want to try something different. In the palm of my hand hold this great technology, great innovation. I'm a simple guy so I don't use AI much, but i'm sure it work great. I know for sure that I don't use the full potential of the phone. Watch alot of video, shopping, pictures, and games.
