I was on the phone for over an hour with a man who said I was eligible for the phone. Then I get a call a few days later saying it was the new phone was accidentally canceled. Then there is 3rd phone call saying the whole thing was a mistake and I was never eligible to begin with. Now I'm being asked how I like the phone? I'm ready to leave AT & T and never return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
