Great base unit bought to replace a 6 yr old HP that just stopped.. VERY quiet, east to set up and very quick for my purposes. I've bought several HP Products over the years and have never been tempted to go elsewhere!

I decided to change my PC, as it couldn't be converted from WIN 10 to WIN 11 and it was well-used and worn. The old one was a top-grade Pavilion, this one is the OmniDesk. So far, the only complaint I have with it, is the new one is slower than the old one, which was also a much bigger system. However, this one suits my purpose just fine. So no complaints really, and I decided to stay with HP because the products are reliable and support excellent

I have been using this for a couple of weeks now and am very impressed. It works silently, boots up in a matter of seconds and processes run very efficiently. I have had no issues with it so far. i would recommend it without hesitation.

I am now in my late 70's and after having 16 HP computers over the last 25 years. I Spent more than usual and for first time ever got an extended warranty.
In first 2 days it failed. I spent 6 hours trying to get some kind of support. I got NONE. By goodluck and a person on a support site I got it working. Then all of a sudden 10 days later it went off again. ALL the tech approaches have been tried and each clasims HD drive has failed. This time I got a tech.. After info gathering they had an issue at their end. So would send an email shortly Arranging collection for repair. 28 hours later and having tried a second tech using a new code I got in an email. I am still sat here without a clue as to what why or when something will be done. Any one know how I can gwetr a human who has a clue????.
