We called LG for service and they took care of it right away (5 stars on service)! This stove has elevated our cooking experience. We turn it on and it goes to our preferred preset temperature almost right away. I get a notice on my phone from the LG app when it's at temperature or when the cooking timer is complete. It even tells us when it needs to be cleaned. Our teenagers use the air fry for almost everything. The oven works better than expected and the look of the stove is amazing. It upgrades the entire kitchen.

It has great features, however, like most new appliances featuring new technology, it will take some serious reading of the manual to get used to all its features. But once you get the hang of it, it is really easy to use. It black top keeps minor dirt "invisible", unlike our previous white cooktop. My only con so far is that the stainless cap easily gets discolored after every use. It takes a lot of elbow grease to remove it.

I love this range! It's absolutely beautiful. The only drawback, the grates on the top actually scratch the top surface. You need to be very careful when removing and replacing them after cleaning.

I have only used the oven a few times since it was put in during a kitchen renovation. Love the air fryer feature, and quick wash. The downfall I have is that it was delivered dented on the side, and a tech has been out here twice to replace the side panel, but he said they keep sending the wrong part. So I keep waiting for a correct part to come in so he can install.

Also I have not checked to see if the regulator is adjustable as the flame and heat output is too much on all the burners, I have checked and tried adjusting the small screw in the temperature control stem.
