Great Power

We’ve had this blender for about two months and despite my partner’s original scepticism this blender has been excellent. So far we’ve mostly used it for smoothies and roasted vegetable soups and the variable speed and suction action does a great job. There’s lots of power when you need it and it’s really easy to clean. The chopper is great too and we will use it more often in future but it takes a bit more cleaning than the blender.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had the immersion blender for a year or so. I find the blender head (the part that goes into liquid) a bit too large and awkward to use. I have put up with that, BUT now the gear that connects the removable blender head from the motor has been stripped. I had noticed that the last time I used the blender, the head fell off - I thought maybe it had not clicked in well enough. This time, the whole thing fell off and will not stay attached. The gears are now rounded.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this looks like a cheap product, there are design faults for sure, the white attachments in the photo are all cheap plastic,
it's good that the cups have caps.
among all my Breville products this is the most disappointing one,
