Love the phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was scared of doing the move from the Ultra 25 Plus, but now that I did, I don't regret it. The phone is amazing, and the features have me in love with it. Battery life is not bad at all, as everyone thinks. It lasts the entire day, no problem.

Parts issue, durability

I bought this phone had it for two months, finger print scanner stopped working. Because the phone is new, no one will warranty it because they don't don't how to work on it. Parts are nation wide back order. Samsung will want you to send it im mail it in and you will be left left with out a phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fun new phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ZFold is a whole new experience when it comes to phones. At first it was strange to use, now it's a part of daily life. I use the device open more than closed. I use it for work when I use a separate tablet, now I just use my phone. It's easy and I only have to carry 1 device. I watch videos and stream to my device, navigation is great on a bigger screen. The device is thin and easy to carry even with a case on it. Screen quality and sound quality are excellent. I don't think I could ever use a regular phone again. Having built in Galaxy AI is so convenient and makes everyday tasks easier to do and keep track of. Highly recommend .
