Okay, not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They work great, but coming over from airpods pro 2 I was a little disappointed. Connection issues, at times a little crackly and need to re-pair to fix. Galaxy AI has been fun to play around with

The Galaxy Z Fold7 features a large, immersive display, powerful multitasking capabilities, and helpful Galaxy AI tools, all in one flexible device. We’re glad to hear that you have enjoyed exploring Galaxy AI. However, concerns such as connection drops, crackling audio, and the need to re-pair should not disrupt your experience.
To improve your Bluetooth connection, try resetting it. You can also reset the network settings on your Galaxy device to see if that resolves the issue. To do this, go to the settings and select "Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings." Then tap "Reset settings." You may be prompted to enter your security credentials; after doing so, tap "Reset" to complete the process.

Best phone I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had Samsung phones for as long as I can remember, and this is by far my favorite, surpassing my former favorite, the Note 7, by a country mile. I know I'm in the minority, but my Fold 7 is open most of the time, and it's basically a small tablet. Everything is so snappy and smooth. Every time someone sees me with it out in the wild they complement it and are amazed at how cool it looks. The updated Galaxy AI is pretty incredible. Anything I need to know at the push of a button or the sound of my voice. It's been almost two years of owning this thing and I have no interest in upgrading. 10/10!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Z fold 7 is much improved. As a customer of the 3 and 4 durability seems alot better. Screen is improved as well. I've had for about 6 months now and I love it. In 1 year I believe the 4 Screen had cracked on me 4 or 5 times. That's 200 each time to replace it. Thank you for getting it better. And I also like using the ai for a majority of things from pictures to help on getting a gift for my son for his birthday.
