Beyond expectations

I love this device! This is my first folder phone. Coming from a bigger phone (S23U) this was a huge change, typing was a little of a learning curve because of the smaller screen. But otherwise, I don't know how I can go back to a bar phone. The screens are great, the cameras are so much better at capturing natural colours, I multitask a lot and the inner display helps a lot with that, battery life is much better than I expected. For my use I expected 5 hours of SOT, I'm easily getting 6.5 to 7 hours of SOT. :fingers_crossed: nothing goes wrong and I can enjoy it for a long time.

Don't buy this phone

I bought this one month ago, and the paint is already peeling. I took it to the service center, but they said it’s not covered under warranty. Please don’t buy this phone — it has many issues, such as peeling paint, marks on the inner screen, and overheating. I’m very disappointed with this phone and Samsung’s service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bring back the S-pen.

Upgraded from S23 Ultra. Loving the robustness. Several drops on Tongate Anti-spy case and no problems or cracks. Love the screen real-estate. I'm a convert to the Fold form factor after this iteration.
But... The lack of S-pen does my head in. Capacitive replacement pens are little better than your finger. No more sketches, quick notes, screen queries and cutting details, like contact numbers from screenshots etc.
The settings isn't as good either.

Terrible UI experience

The UI of the Z flip is prone to outages and screen freezing - renders phone useless. Durability is very average - unless you want to turn your phone over every 12 months - don’t do it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lovely screen, replacement for my Kindle. Split screens are really useful. Being able to reply to emails while checking relevant content on outlook as well as other apps is brilliant. A big improvement on my fold 4
