Folding Luxury, Unfolding Power
on September 6, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Z Fold is a game-changer, combining the convenience of a phone with the productivity of a tablet. The large foldable display is perfect for multitasking, watching content, and getting work done on the go. While it comes at a premium price and the device feels slightly bulkier than a standard phone, the innovation, performance, and versatility easily make it one of the most impressive smartphones available today.

Phone is good, but the battery heats up frequently and turns of my camera while on a video call. Samsung should look into this issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Response from Samsung USBy R&R Team, September 8, 2025
Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Z Fold7, Sarvesh. We appreciate your feedback about the battery heating up and the camera turning off during video calls. We understand how important it is to have a seamless experience, especially during important calls. Whether you're using a phone, tablet, smartwatch, or earbuds, all Galaxy devices operate best within a specific temperature range. It’s natural for devices to feel warm under certain conditions, like when charging or during heavy use, but we want to assure you that this generally does not affect the lifespan or performance of your device. If you notice that your device gets too warm, it could lead to some concerns. We recommend checking out this guide in the link attached to help keep your Z Fold7 at its normal operating temperature. If you continue to experience this or have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002887/ (Overheating)
