This product does have great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has great features but I find it too bulky and not comfortable to use. I've been very gentle with this phone and it still got bubbles in the large screen when phone is unfolded.

Great phone for business life

Being able to securely scan and upload documents using the camera without having to go into the office is a total game-changer for a busy schedule.

Pure magic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung nailed it with the Z Fold 7. The hardware is stunningly slim, but the Galaxy AI features—especially Sketch to Image and the Live Translate—are what I use every day. It feels like a 'smart' assistant more than just a phone. The wider front screen is a huge win for usability too. 10/10!

The device is BUT....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first device was great, it was a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 but I had to get a replacement. They sent me a replacement that was laggy and that gets hot quick, I thought it had to do with not getting the recent update but that's not the case, it's still very laggy when I open up the camera and certain apps. My android auto stops working whenever I open up the camera app.
