[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Fold 7 this past summer when it was released. I've owned a Fold 4 and 6 as well as some Ultras. The Fold 7 I found so far to be the most appealing to me because of its thiness and larger screen size when closed. It's snappy in speed and processing allowing me to get work done and respond to customers quickly while multi tasking in multi windows. I find myself using the AI features more than before and found it useful to automatically remove photo bombers in pictures and other less desirable items or shots. It has worked better than I expected. It's the first Fold phone I've had that's comfortable in both my hand and pocket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the Galaxy Zfold 5 better than the Zfold7. The first thing is I don't like the RICH MESSAGES and how they try to force you to use this feature. I don't like the Esim card I prefer a physical card. The camera is awesome, the audio and video playback is awesome. The AI generator is ok. I wish they were stillmamufactiring the Zfold 5 I would send this Zfold 7 back.

Hi Cinque, Thank you for your thoughtful review. Your comment about the RCS messaging layout and the transition from physical SIM to eSIM highlights how users often develop familiarity with earlier models, often influenced by their carrier. The newest Galaxy phones come with Google Messages pre-installed, and Samsung Messages can also be downloaded from the Galaxy Store. Both offer intuitive interfaces that make texting contacts simple and enjoyable. Some carriers provide their own messaging apps, and many third-party options exist. However, only one can be set as your default messaging app, even if you have multiple installed. You can explore which app might suit you best. It's also great to hear that the Fold7’s camera and playback features impress you. This generation emphasizes high-quality video, improved color processing, and smarter AI tools—features you’re already experiencing. Your feedback offers valuable insights into how the Fold series evolves from the perspective of customers with multiple generations, helping us refine the experience. We appreciate your contribution to the Samsung community. Change the default messaging app on your Galaxy phone https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001947/ -Ty
