Almost perfect, but still nice.

I previously had the Z Fold 5, and skipped the 6 because I didn't see much reason to upgrade. The 7 is nice, I love the thinness and the weight. However, Samsung REALLY missed the mark by keeping the cameras vertical, instead of horizontal like the Pixel. The phone never sits flat on any surface because it constantly rocks back and forth, and putting a magsafe case on this phone makes almost all accessories impossible to line up correctly because they hit the camera bump. I think if they rotated the camera setup 90 degrees to the top of the phone, they would have had MUCH better end result. Here's to hoping they make that change in the Fold 8.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is perfect for the daily. You can unfold the phone and enjoy watching videos, movies, or even playing mobile games. Battery life is exceptionaly good for being a really thin device.
My only complain with the device is after owning it for 3 weeks my screen starts flickering when unfolded and most of the time I get a dead blank/ black screen on the left half.
I really love this device and hopefully samsung get get this issue fix and make the Fold more reliable.

Pocketable with screen real estate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best of both worlds. With the new closed screen size, it functions very well and is no bigger really than a Galaxy s25. Perfect. But then you can open it up to reveal a whole new display experience which I use for watching videos. Playing games, editing photos with Galaxy AI, and reading books. It is nearly the perfect device. I've never been more satisfied with a phone before.

You got convenience of a big screen but the ability to fold it and put it away in a small space. It is also easier to read emails as well as review information on websites for personal financial information as well as work reviews. It's also easier to review information with appeas.The screen allows the ability for 2 people to review simultaneously. The user of Galaxy AI makes for a more pleasant and efficient experience.
