Love it! Wouldn't go back!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the Fold because I have had & loved the Note phone since the Note5. But now that I've had it a week & gotten it all set up the way i want it, it's been amazing. I use the large screen a whole lot more than I initially expected. There are more settings related to just the larger screen so you can customize it as you want. I don't know if I could go back now. I essentially have a mini iPad when I want it & a phone when I need it with this device!
The graphics are great & the screen is smooth! You wouldn't guess it folds in half by the looks of it. Love it so much.

A huge step up from the Z fold 6

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Z Fold 6 and switched to the Z Fold 7. Amazing quality and the size of the screen makes a big difference. With the larger size it is more comfortable to hold a d use everyday. Will recommend to anyone that wants to try a Fold phone.

defective battery

1 star for now. Upgraded from fold 5 but I managed to be the lucky winner of pre-ordering a defective battery (in battery saving mode, it went from 48% to 16% after 6 hours) :( I need to be returning the product that I was very excited to receive.

Feature Downgrade (S Pen functionality removed)

Only reason why I am getting a new fold is because my Fold5 screen is de-laminating.
The discrete removal of functionality is unfortunate - primarily S-Pen and also removal of behind-screen camera. I occasionally use the s-pen for websites that I have to view in desktop mode.

The S Pen compatibility was listed in the specs for the Fold6, but not the Fold7.
In addition, they want to charge restocking fee, even though the feature removal is quite discrete. Even some case vendors seem to be selling Fold7 cases with S pen slot.

I am also unsatisfied with the removal of the under screen camera. The punch-hole style camera is an eye-sore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best overall fold phone ever

I’m honestly pretty disappointed with the Samsung Z7 Fold. Initially, it seemed like a really promising device, but the foldable screen just didn’t hold up at all. After about a month, it cracked for no reason—no bumps, no drops, just normal use. For a phone at this price point, I expected a lot more durability. Instead, it ended up feeling like a pretty expensive piece of “garbage.” A screen that fails this quickly without any obvious cause just isn’t worth it.
