This Tab is so fast and powerful, you won't need to worry about upgrading for a long time, Samsung has really outdone themselves and I'm very thankful for it!
I'd definitely recommend to my family and friends and anyone else! This Tab is absolutely value packed and worth every penny!

Fold 7 is great, but not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to mention that the AI and Camera features are stellar. I have an issue with the fact that some apps still don't transfer over in a fluid way when I unfold to the big screen. And it definitely glitches sometimes.
The battery life is great though, and I love watching videos and playing games on the big screen!

Color defect.

Everything is good, but my Z Fold 7 developed a color defect in two days. It has color damage on the top of the back and front.

Have wanted a flip or fold phone when they 1st came out but never really felt comfortable with the previous 6 generations of these devices.
The FOLD 7 totally changed my mind it looks and feels like what a phone should be (congrats Samsung) if you havent checked out the Z fold 7 you dont know what your missing have had this phone since Thanksgiving and besides the normal waiting for updates to fix a few glitches this phone is a Beast highly recommend if you been on the fence before check this version out and decide if it's rightfor you.
Nothing I write will persuade you to making your decision all I will say I feel I made the right choice for myself and my wants and needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

New ZFold7, Major Charging Problems, and No Help!

I upgraded to a new phone because my company no longer supported my Galaxy S2020 Ultra version. The S2020 Ultra was one of the best purchases I’ve ever made, so I was disappointed to replace it, even though it was still working perfectly.
I chose the Galaxy Z Fold 7. When it’s folded, it’s smaller than my S2020, but when opened, the screen is much larger, which is exactly what I wanted.
My biggest issue has been trying to get support from Samsung. I haven’t been able to get any service help since I received the phone, which is very different from my experience five years ago when I bought the S2020. I didn’t realize how poor Samsung’s support has become.
The other big issue is, I’m having charging problems. The phone will start charging through the USB-C port, but then it stops. I’ve found a workaround using a wireless charging pad, but it’s extremely slow, it takes more than ten hours to fully charge. At this point, I want to return the darn phone, because it seems like there may be a hardware issue, right out the shop. It’s been very frustrating, and I can’t really move forward because charging is a basic function.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Moving from such a high-end device might feel daunting, but upgrading to the Galaxy Z Fold7 is a wise decision. Keeping your device charged and optimizing battery performance can greatly enhance your experience. If your Galaxy isn’t charging or charges slowly, the problem could be with the battery, charging cable, power adapter, wireless charger, charging port, moisture, or device temperature. Always use genuine Samsung chargers and adapters. You can also tweak charging settings in the Display menu. To enable Fast Charging: 1. Open Settings. 2. Tap Battery. 3. Select Charging Settings. 4. Enable Fast Charging and Fast Wireless Charging. Note: these features need compatible chargers. Non-certified chargers or cables may lead to slow charging or disconnections. Use Samsung-approved accessories for reliable charging. Inspect the charging port and cable for dust or debris, which can hinder charging for safety reasons. Use a soft brush to clean debris. If you've tried these steps and your device still won’t charge properly, contact our Samsung Support Team for help. We’re here to assist. Thank you for choosing Samsung.
