Love this compact phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get the new Flip every year. And every year it gets better. Now with the new Galaxy AI, this is the besr Flip yet.
The good: compact design (about the size of my wallet) more durable than earlier models, good screen.
The bad: unfortunately I've had two screens fail on me this year, and Samsung's support is a nightmare. Phone trees that go nowhere, agents that disconnect or transfer you to the wrong department, non-existent mobile service. It all seems designed to frustrate you into paying for the service or getting a new phone. Ultimately I got the new screens, but it took days, and that is very frustrating.
The phone could use a better, camera, more speed, and a faster processor, but the novelty of the "Flip",cannot be denied.
I game on it, make calls and text, use more than 100 apps, including banking, insurance, and MS Office and Google tools. I take photos and videos, and definitely use the Android Auto features and navigation the most.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well i got it July 25 last year and its been doing amazing haven't had any issues with it and I thought from what I heard that there would be problems with the hinge but I have had one issue with it its ran fanomaly and has kept up with all the stuff I have it please see title for

Excellent Foldable with Premium Features

The foldable design is sleek, compact, and surprisingly durable while still feeling premium in everyday use. The display is bright, smooth, and vibrant, making everything from browsing to watching videos enjoyable. Performance has been fast and responsive, and multitasking is effortless.
The cameras produce sharp, colorful photos in most lighting conditions, and the battery easily gets me through a typical day with moderate use. I also appreciate the cover screen, which makes checking notifications, controlling music, and handling quick tasks much more convenient without opening the phone.
The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that I would still like to see continued improvements in battery life and optimization for some apps on the foldable display. Overall, this is an innovative, well-built smartphone that stands out from traditional devices and has been a pleasure to use.

I love this phone just wish the camera was better.

Love exterior screen when folded. Camera lacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Live the flip style phone and that you can control exterior screen. Whis you could add more apps to exterior screen. Camera however is not great, bad zoom, bad resolution. Would like more options from Samsung for phone cases. Speech to text is terrible on both Samsung and Google when texting.

I use the wallet for payments at stores. I love being able to put my phone in my front pocket and then when I is open there is no crease in the fold, simply amazing.
