I love my flip. The size when closed is prefect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite is to use the Galaxy AI. I work for a cell phone carrier and I recommend the Samson phones all the time, especially the ZFold7. My husband is getting one this year because I am always taking about how much i love my phone.

Compact but full featured

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have owned sever Samsung cell phones over the years. Each has been reliable. Have owned my Flip7 for about 4 months now with no problems. Some features take a little work to make usable, like how to get widgets on the front screen, but there are numerous helpful videos on youtube to help with accessing all of the flip7 features. I've always sought a compact phone i can slip in my pocket. So far happy with my Flip7

Powerful and perfectly sized!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Flip 7 is the perfect size for me. As it folds neatly into my pocket and opens up into a large phone. Galaxy AI features are excellent during phone calls and to edit images or just help me revise some texts. Both the inner and outer screens are perfectly bright when indoors or outdoors.

Fails to deliver on latest edition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who's had the Flip 4-7, this version has been my least favorite to date. I find that there's no meaningful improvements to the UX/UI components compared to the previous years', at least none that warrant a weaker battery that can get extremely hot when charging.
I also wasn't impressed by the Galaxy AI features that came in this edition, especially considering what's currently possible. Would love the ability to replace the Bixby button with a preferred LLM. I primarily use my mobile device for content creation, web research, and communication, so would like to see smarter, native editing tools, less preinstalled software that consumes CPU and GPU, and features like video chat and individual message-level responses/actions. Android Auto is very buggy. Device stock is limited and hard to find so it's difficult to exercise the same-day repair benefit. Hoping the Flip 8 gets back on track.

Amazing and reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone comes Galaxy AI, and being from an older generation, this phone has taught me a lot. It guided me through all of the technological upgrades that I didn't even know existed. It connects to my hearing device that I needed to wear this year which was an amazing bonus. Not only can I hear my calls clearly, it has been a great supporting tool in my administrative role, as it has the capability to answer emails from anywhere, schedule meetings and attend Zoom calls without even being in the office. My job is out in the field with my community, and this phone does not disappoint. I never miss a call, and I can still communicate with my team when I'm out servicing my community which I've dedicated my life and service too. Thank you Samsung for helping me not only in my personal life, but helping me support my underprivileged community.
