Fantastic and fun device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I primary use my phone for calls and texts it has proven itself to be a very useful tool in my job as well.
I upgraded from a flip 5 to the flip 7 for the larger storage and faster processor and it has not disappointed me in any way.
I have been so impressed by the features, like the Galaxy AI as well as the split screen and front screen functionality that I really cannot see myself ever going back to a non foldable phone. It fits so well in my pocket and does everything I need it to do and so much more.
I've even managed to get my wife and a few of my employees to switch to flip 7s because they see how much a love it and how handy it is to have around.
All In all, this is one of the best Samsung products I've ever used and I really look forward to see where they take this line of phones in the future.

It's really pretty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's really a nice phone. Being able to answer calls or even ask galaxy Ai without opening the phone is quite handy. Playing games on the phone is easy and just the esthetic of the phone is pleasing to look at. I haven't had any issues since the day I bought it and the crease in the middle is not noticeable at all when using the phone.

Great Idea but poorly implemented and not supporte

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to buy the flip because I was tired of having a phone that didn't fit in my pocket comfortably. My last phone was so large it spent more time sitting on tables or the seat next to than in my pocket.
My hope was that the flip would be a bit more damage resistant, my last phone had 3 costly screen replacements. My hope was the softer folding screen would be more resistant to damage but this was not the case. The very first time it was dropped, the screen broke and the repair cost was half the price of the phone.
I love the features of the phone, especially keyboard that appears when half folded, love on screen apps on the folded screen but too many require opening the phone to work when they could be functional on the cover screen.
Unfortunately all of the great features don't make up for the fragility of the phone. I ended up buying a burner for out of the house and only use this phone at home as I'm terrified of it breaking again and costing a fortune to repair. Kind of defeats the whole purpose or getting the smaller phone to carry around. I'll think twice about buying another Samsung phone again as this is the second phone I've had from Samsung that was excessively fragile and unreasonably expensive to repair.

Z Flip Excellent Quality Great design

The phone is hinged properly so there's no visible fold line on the screen and nothing at the fold point in the phone obstructs clarity or focus on the screen. The Z Flip travels well, has excellent battery life and is an overall great phone. Well done Samsung!

My Favorite Phone Feature
