Good phone needs a tune up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall quality is good. However I bought 2 phones one for me and one for ny wife. After a month it stopped working when you open it, just a black screen. For the price tag I expected it to last more than 30 days. Mine on the other hand works well, with no issues. The unlock button on the phone is hard to get to especially if you have a case on it. Understand why they didn't make it stick out, but there has to be a happy medium

Portability At Its Finest and more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Z Flip has been one of my favorite devices to use especially due to the portability. I never even feel it in my pocket at times. Another greay thing u love is just having the Flip feel. People always ask me about how the phone works or want to try it themselves.

I don't see what the hype is all about

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my zFlip7 for EVERYTHING! Work and recreation use it does ok, however, I have had several issues with the screen (green background), and now a random white line appearing and growing on the side of the screen. Despite having Samsung Care Plus, taking this phone to an "authorized " repair like UBreakIfix, is a complete joke and waste of time. Samsung AI customer service, isn't a benefit either, considering if you have already had a screen replacement, and the phone is still messing up, they can't authorize for a phone replacement. Now, my last option is having to mail my phone to Samsung for them to evaluate, and hopefully replace. I have always loved and owned Galaxy phones, but after what I have had to deal with this one, probably never again. This phone needs an upgrade with a privacy screen and to not have to feel the crease in the flip.

Great Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung Flip 7 for calling, texting, and communicating with family and friends - and they all work great. I also create images and PDF using AI. I don't go without my phone, I use it with tap pay where it is allowed. I am a Samsung fan and I did try the Motor Razr 2025 because the Flip 7 was out of stock and guess what...it just wasn't for me. So glad my phone company finally got the Flip 7 back in stock.

Great phone. We upgrade every other year. We've had flip phone since beginning. We wish price was better or trade in was better and older phones were accepted.
