Get dead pixels after 6 months

The Samsung Z Flip's durability leaves much to be desired. Within just six months of use, many units develop dead pixels and dark spots at the fold — a critical flaw for a device built around its folding mechanism. Compounding the issue, Samsung's warranty support has been consistently disappointing, with screen replacements under the standard one-year manufacturer warranty proving difficult to obtain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really portable

I wish it was brighter than the s24 ultra. Does great at everything else the crease on the sides is way more protected that what it was on the og fold 1, i dont feel like dust will get in there . Battery wise it lasts me 12+ hr of continuous use at my work. Fits nicely on the hand and the interface is easy to use and customize

The only reason I am not giving this a 5 is because I just don't think the camera quality is as good as it should be with where we are with technology these days. If Samsung could improve that, the phone would be top tier to me! I love the size and everything!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I waited forever to get this phone and I finally did but then I only had it for three weeks and I loved it the set up is great where the sensor is is perfect the Ai assistant was awesome . And then I dropped it from 2 ft and it landed on carpet (with a case on it ) and the screen went black at the bend joint and spread now I have an 1100 paperweight I still have to pay on . And it is hard to find cases however I paid 65 for the case and it was supposed to protect the phone and that sucks also so.
