Galaxy Flip 7 Review - My First Few Days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first few days with the flip 7 have been a mixed bag. Coming from an iPhone since middle school (we're talking two decades ago) it has been an interesting transition to the samsung world. Mostly smooth but with some minor hiccups that mostly involve data tranfer everything has been great. The customization on the Flip 7 is incredible and I'm sure I haven't even scratched the surface yet. The screen, the UI, the quality of the OS are just so refreshing. I haven't explored Galaxy AI yet I have never used a phone with AI so I'm not sure what I would even use it for. I am excited to continue to learn about and explore my new Samsung Flip 7.

New Samsung Z Flip 7 is a huge improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Z Flip 7 is a huge improvement, the bigger coverscreen allows for much more versatilty when using at. My one complaint is that not all apps are supported even when using good lock, the most of the everyday ones are. I am enjoying messing around with the new Galaxy AI features like the generative edit that allow you to cut things out of photos. Overall 4/5

Better than Iphone!

The software and hardware features is just a better experience. The only thing I feel like I have two perusing systems, cause it feels like Google and Samsung can't decide who's in charge.

Excellent build compared to my old device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with this year's release of the new Z flip 7. It seems a lot more refined but also futuristic than previous models and inevitably I made the switch from my old device to the new one. My prior device had poor AI technology but the new Gemini AI has really impressed me thus far! The rear screen is also a huge upgrade and very functional with my lifestyle. Overall I would recommend this phone to anyone that asks simply because I enjoy the features and futuristic feel it provides compared to other slab styled phones.

Flipping over my z7 flip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from s20 with no AI. The Galaxy AI is blowing my mind. My phone is so easy to use and has so many fun and helpful features. I like how small it is, the fingerprint reader is awesome. Galaxy AI is super helpful while on car rides with the family and random questions arise. I am enjoying my new flip very much.

Very Fun Device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this phone a lot. I've been a samsung user since my first phone and the idea of a device that can fold in on itself is really interesting to me. I've wanted a flip since the z flip 3 and finally managed to get my hands on one.
The features are great and the exclusivity of having a folding phone is really cool. My favorite part about it is being able to turn on the cover screen while taking photos and videos and use it as a selfie camera.
My biggest gripe with the phone was the very long time it took to transfer my data from my previous phone. I was sat in the Verizon store for almost an hour and a half just transferring the data. I'm not sure if that was just an issue with the wifi in the store or something else, but my sister recently got a new iPhone and transferred 3x the amount of data in half the time. The Galaxy AI is a bit disorganized and unreliable but that's to be expected from AI anyway.
All in all, I'd definitely recommend this phone if you can appreciate the novelty of it. It's definitely a bit more confusing to operate, so I wouldn't recommend it for people who want a simple, bare bones experience, but I've really enjoyed it in the time I've had it.
