I have bought samsung exclusively for years and the fold devices since launch. The 7 is a bit of a disappointment as the touchscreen frequently does not respond. So sad, uggh do I need to switch phones? Not happy

Promising changes with a few quirks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish Samsung would've gotten rid of the internal camera in the foldable side for a complete uninterrupted display, give the rear cameras 5x optical zoom with 50x space zoom from Note 20 Ultra, trim the front display's bezel to near free ration like all S25 models and at least bump up the battery to 4500-4700mah for some battery life boost. Other than that, its insane that they've trimmed the phone to be THAT thin and still have a physical SIM tray.

Do not buy zfold7

Got on release day, the phone lasted 2 months. I was using the inner display then closed it reopened it a minute later and half the screen wasn't working. After opening and closing it a couple times it stopped working altogether. Sent it in for repair thinking it was covered under the 1 yr warranty and they denied it saying it was physical damage. It is the last samsung product I will ever own.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 features a screen rated for 500,000 folds, a new titanium frame, and an Armor Flex Hinge that is both thinner and lighter. The inner screen has a shock-resistant structure inspired by bulletproof glass, a 50% thicker Ultra-Thin Glass layer, and a high-elasticity adhesive, all tested to withstand. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds, which means they don't have ear tips like canal-style earbuds. To use them, simply place them in your ears; you'll see directional marks at the bottom: an L for the left bud and an R for the right. Insert the R bud into your right ear, R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear, L facing you. Angle the buds slightly so that the microphone points towards your mouth, not straight down. You can adjust their fit by rotating them forward or backward until they feel comfortable. To enhance your audio experience, we recommend trying out the Equalizer on the Wearable app. This way, you can personalize your buds' settings to sound the way you prefer them.
