Missing S Pen. big disappointment. Buyers remorse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy fold 7 would be a five-star maybe even six stars out of five if S Pen was still supported. I have buyer's remorse as I should have purchased a refurbished Galaxy fold 6 and received the S-Pen support. I am an avid note taker capturing notes in work, to do lists, nonprofit meetings and personal life using the s pen. I am not recommending this device to any of my friends that need a foldable device and would recommend the Galaxy Fold 6 that supports the S Pen.
However, the other features including Galaxy Ai, split applications on the inside screen and routine tasks are a nice addition combined with the 200 megapixel camera sensor.

To be specific on the phone the battery life has been upgraded and the Galaxy AI feature is great to help utilize the phone to its advantage and make life much easier. Having 5 kids, many pets, and a business to run things can get hectic. The possibilities are endless on whether I utilize the Galaxy AI features to assist in accounting, research and development, automation in daily tasks, or simple to watch movies or music videos that are educational and informational.

My Pre-ordered Galaxy Z-Fold7

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a HAPPY Z-Fold owner/user since the very beginning! I purchased the 1st generation when it had been available for about 2 weeks and am now using my Z-fold 7 that i pre-ordered before its release to the world! Still a happy coustomer for many reasons and features. My favorite being the inside screens sheer size along with new features in AI to help me find what im looking for and how to use new features. The only dislikes about my newest phone are due to pre-ordering there weren't many options for cases. Understandable for an unreleased electronic device! But also one of my favorite and expensive add-ons for my earlier models the Z-Fold Edition S-Pen is not even usable. Being a mechanic thats very hard on electronic devices and always having gloves on or dirty/greasy hands neither work well with touchscreens, so I always used my pen for everything for accuracy and cleanliness.

Got the phone late September. By mid October the large screen turns dark with streaks of light. Been a loyal Samsung customer for over a decade now. Tv, washing machine/dryer, smartphones, kitchen range, fridge, etc. Never been so disappointed.

Good Phone - Failed Folding Screen

The phone is a good size and has a battery that lasts the day and then some. With the phone being thin it does need a good case or you start to think the phone might bend by opening and closing it.
Unfortunately, I have had the phone for around 4 months now and inside screen has already completely failed. I would say I use the inside unfolded screen an average amount so I am not even a heavy user. The inside screen started with a large white area appearing on the bottom of the inside screen. Then it moved to green vertical lines all up and down the right screen. Eventually the entire left side of the screen would stay black. It has now moved on to around 90% of the time you open it the screen won't turn on at all.
I am hoping this is a problem they can soon fix as I have seen threads in the community with similar problems.
Overall, when the phone is working it is nice to have. You can get a lot of work done with the inside screen for daily tasks from emails to calendars and video watching. However, the folding part of the screen may not be as well designed as the typical Samsung screen you might be used to as a traditional phone design from Samsung tends to be far more durable. With the price of the phone and how fast it failed I am not sure I would risk going for this type of phone again. At this point I am hoping it was not a large mistake on my part.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
