It gets open and closed and opened and closed repeatedly day in and day out and never a flaw never a crack in the screen nothing. It's very responsive and easy to use and very customizable on the front screen. Don't forget that built-in Galaxy AI is a big helper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally switched back to Samsung after a few years and this is by far my favorite phone I have ever had. From the cover screen and being able to use my apps without opening my phone is a game changer! Using the Kindle app on the cover screen is my entire personality, its so easy to hold and flip through the pages without needing to actually open the device. Galaxy AI has also been wonderful in helping with book recommendations! I can tell it the last few books I read and it gives me suggestions that fit the vibe! Overall, this phone is so user friendly, and an absolute necessity for anyone looking for a cute yet ultra functional phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I would say that the phone is really cool. Being able to flip the phone open is really quite awesome and it is a good conversation starter. My only issue with the phone is that the screen can get dimples really easily which isn't great. Luckily they offer a free screen protector replacement within the first year. The Galaxy AI features are pretty useful but somewhat hard to access.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical of buying this phone but I got a really good promotion through my phone company. with that said, The phone overall has been very enjoyable The features make me happy including the Google AI news in the mornings and daily reports. One of my favorite features is holding it in half and playing movies on it while I'm doing other stuff. It's great on media, works amazing, and is overall been a great phone so far.

Due to a glitch between Samsung and T mobile during the check out procedure, if went through a lot of trouble to figure out how to send the trade-in device. Talked several time with Samsung customer care as well as T mobile customer care. Finally, I sent in trade-in device. Therefore, I could not enjoy the new phone during that time. Overall, the phone is much better than expected in its design and function. I am trying to figure out step by step all the functions. Very exciting.
I would recommend this to a friend!
