A must have addition to make retrieval of the vacu
on April 6, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I like about the Pure device is that it allows communication with the vacuum while it’s underwater, which is something the app alone can’t do. The app only works through the Pure. The main feature is the “recall” button, which sends a signal through the water to bring the vacuum back to the surface where you started it, making it much easier to retrieve. It works well and is pretty cool, but it doesn’t really improve cleaning performance, it just adds convenience.

Thus model ONLY communicates with robot, no water
on April 15, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So there is no confusion, I want to be clear on what this device does. As is, thr Pure ONLY communicates with selected Aiper robotic vacuums so you can have better underwater communication and control and bring your vacuum to the surface when desired. This device addresses my main complaint of the robotic vacuum a couple months ago, but that it is. This appears to be the same body design as the Hydrocomm Pro, which allows for communication as well as water testing with the two included probes. The Pure has two areas where probes can be inserted, but as is, this model does not provide water quality testing. It looks like probes can be upgraded for this model and should last a season before needing replacement. However, given the price of the probes and initial cost, I find thr better value to be the Pro unless you only want this device for communication. To me, the water quality testing is a huge selling point for convenience alone, so I will be upgrading to add probes when I can find some. This does connect to the app easily and it makes communication while my vacuum is underwater a breeze, and I like that it uses solar for recharging. This is a very helpful and convenient device when used at its full potential and I can't wait until I am able to test water quality with a quick app check versus having to physically pull out my test kit and spend time testing individual water quality levels.

Mostly a retrieval system for the Scuba X1
on May 5, 2026
Posted by: JadeR
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is really cool. I’m impressed with the design and ergonomic lines. It floats well in the water and the large solar panel is a massive plus. It’s sturdy and substantial but still lightweight and portable. My only critique is that it only came with dummy probes and I cannot find where to purchase functional probes. It looks like this primarily functions as a retrieval system for the Aiper scuba X1’s which I do not have.

Recharges by solar
on May 8, 2026
Posted by: YanettG
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best thing is that it is recharged with solar panels on top. Instructions were easy to follow and even though there were some struggles the help desk was super easy contact and get help from them. It was more annoying that it in order to connect we had to create another wireless network bc it wont connect to 5GHz. Also if I forget the robot it wont turn on so pretty pointless. One of the advertisements said it would connect to certain robots but then I called and confirmed that was not the case. I wish these pool robots came with the feature being able to use an app already loaded to not have extra stuff to have around but glad it was created. It should have been left as a 2in 1 as the other model is to detect pool chemistry. This is pretty much an extra expense not worth it.

Simple set up and quiet
on May 15, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t expecting to notice such a big difference, but our pool water looks cleaner and clearer since using this. It was very simple to set up, especially for someone like me that isn’t too tech savvy. I really like that it runs nice and quiet in the background and doesn’t need too much attention. I also like the super modern design instead of a huge clunky tech gadget. It just makes maintaining the pool so much easier.
