Samsung has taken the already-fun flip design and packed it with smart upgrades, sleek refinements, and some seriously impressive AI features that make everyday life a whole lot easier. Pocket-Friendly but Packed With Power. There’s just something cool about flipping your phone shut. It feels nostalgic but futuristic at the same time. The Z Flip 7 is slimmer, sturdier, and the hinge is smoother than ever. You can toss it in your pocket and forget it’s even there — until you flip it open and get that gorgeous full display. Galaxy AI at Your Service! This is where the Flip 7 really shines. Samsung’s Galaxy AI isn’t just a buzzword — it’s actually useful. Need to translate a live call? Done. Want to rewrite a text so it sounds more polished (or more casual)? Easy. Took a photo but there’s a random stranger in the background? Galaxy AI can remove them in seconds. These tools feel natural, like little helpers built right into the phone. The larger cover display makes checking messages, controlling music, or snapping quick selfies a breeze — no need to fully open the phone. Battery life has also improved, lasting comfortably through a busy day of scrolling, snapping, and streaming. The galaxy z flip 7 fixed everything I didnt like about the flip 6. The hinge seems better, stronger, more durable. The front screen fits the whole screen instead of being a cut out like before which makes it WAY better. I also love how the made the phone wider, but also slimmer. When u have the phone open it actually feels good in the hand now. I like hoe much lighter it is too now. Makes holding other phones feel like ur holding a brick. The colors are also way better now than before. It was so hard choosing which one to get because they were all amazing. Thank you for listening to your customers Samsung. This flip 7 is amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had flip 4,5,6 and now the 7. Just got it so this review is just from the short time that I have had it but so far I'm really liking it. The bigger size of both screens and the thinner profile is great and the new hinge is way better it actually stays open nice and flat and the crease is almost totally gone. Can't say much for the performance have not even used the camera yet but it just looks like a more premium device. Have to say that I really like the Gemini feature as well it has been very helpful.And the cover screen seems like it will be much more useable. Just wish they have more for the trade in because I keep getting the new one every year. Wish I didn't trade the 5 to the 6 that was worthless but the 6 to the 7 was the biggest change that I have noticed in my 4th fold phone experience. Love the flip mostly for the compact size when folded barely notice it in your pocket.

Great is a game changer the bigger screen, thinner phone, you can hardly see the fold when you open it. And it’s just about the same size or a little bigger than my Samsung ultra 23. I don’t see myself reaching out for that one anymore as that’s what I watch my videos for the bigger screen.

It gets super hot when android auto is connected through wire. Gets super hot during calls as well. So much hot that you cannot hold it with your bare hand. Regret buying this phone

It is normal for the device to warm up during intensive tasks and activities, but it shouldn’t become overly hot to the touch. If you are using Android Auto, it may feel warmer because Bluetooth, GPS, and other factors like weather conditions or sunlight, especially if the phone is in a holding case, can increase the temperature.
