Impressed on every aspect of this unit

Our house was built in 1938, so we have spots that just don’t get good air flow. This AC unit has helped us to remedy this problem.
For starters, installation was a breeze. We originally wanted to use it in a 2nd story window but fear installing it would be too difficult so we opted for our sunroom. After seeing how effortlessly installation was, I wouldn’t hesitate to install this on a 2nd story window. The design of having the window close down between the unit was something neither my husband nor I had seen and we liked the design. Overall, installing took less than 30 mins from start to finish.
The profile of the unit is narrow and sleek and doesn’t look out of place in the room. The best feature, in my opinion, was how exceptionally quiet the unit ran. I was truly impressed with that more than anything.
Overall, it’s a nice supplement for cooling a specific area in our older home.

Air conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit 8s easy to install. Functions nicely with whisper quiet operation and easy to use controls. The unit cools the room quickly. The u shaped design is nice . It lowers the amount 9f draft space and area where there is no insulation to the outside. The unit also gives a little added security since the window is mostly closed and would be hard pressed to try to push the unit in or out in case of a break in attempt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A/C seems to be working great after the first week. Fairly simple installation, the outside mounting bracket seems pretty sturdy. It's a much quieter and lighter unit than our old 10,000 BTU A/C. Still wish they could find a better way to seal around the window.

It's so quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally got this installed in my bedroom. I replaced my portable unit that would wake me up when the compressor kicked on. It didn't quite fit as my window is smaller than the recommended installation, but I was determined to make it fit. I love that it doesn't stick far into the window. It looks quite sleak. It's so quiet I barely hear it. Cools efficiently. I just love this!
