A long, strange shopping trip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I looked for months to find the same Frigidaire replacement wall Heat/AC unit because of size and reliability. Finally found the new model upgrade. Out of stock. Months later it becomes available. Arrived, but didn’t work! Sent back for replacement, another 3 month wait. So happy now! It’s installed & working!
