Super Quiet Dishwasher

With today's open floor plans, having a quiet dishwasher is a priority for many people. If this is your goal, look no further. This model is easy to operate and loading is intuitive after a few tries. Only limitation is long cycle times.

It is whisper quiet. Although it states you don't need to pre-rinse, you do. After the very first wash there was food on some of the dishes. Loading this one compared to our old one is not as good. The dishes will not stand up. There is a piece from the top rack that hangs down, which knocks the plates over when you pull the top rack out. Just a design flaw., which shouldn't be on such an expensive dishwasher. I do not like that the lights on the top panel come on every time you open the door. It would be nice if they just came on when you press one to activate the wash cycle.
It is hard to buy new appliances when you can't actually use them in store, only to get home and be disappointed with how they actually work, but that is how it is. Overall, we will learn to adapt. We've only had it a week. I do miss my old one though, but it was over 20 years old, and dishes weren't getting clean and it was so loud.

Super Quiet and nice features

This was a purchase to complete and upgrade our builder grade appliances. The dishwasher is the quietest I have ever seen. No issues with cleaning power or ability and there are some extra perks like adjustable top rack sprayers. Great Buy!

Leaves Dishes Still Dirty After Use!

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!
This dishwasher does not break my dishwasher pods. After 4 hours of cleaning, I open the dishwasher, and there’s a broken pod still inside. AND this dishwasher doesn’t even clean my dishes. I switched methods and used dish liquid to see if that would fix my issue…it didn’t. After 4 hours of cleaning my dishes are still dirty. I’m resorting to handwashing and not using this piece of garbage. Mentally fatigued. I do have pictures of my dirty dishes after they were “sanitizing” for 4 hours, it’s ridiculous. Also, I add “MaxBoost” for drying and my dishes are still wet haha Just don’t buy it!

For your Model GDSH4735AF, here are a few basic troubleshooting steps from the owner’s manual that may help improve performance:
• Make sure pods are placed in the main detergent dispenser and that nothing is blocking the dispenser door from opening during the cycle.
• Use automatic dishwasher detergent only — regular dish liquid can create excess suds and impact cleaning results.
• Confirm your home’s hot water is reaching about 120°F. Running the hot water at the sink before starting the dishwasher can help.
• Remove and clean the bottom filter to ensure proper water circulation.
• Check that the spray arms spin freely and that the spray holes are not clogged.
• Ensure dishes are loaded properly and not overcrowded.
• Verify the rinse aid dispenser is filled, even when using MaxBoost™, and adjust the setting if dishes are still wet.

Sleek and quiet
