Nice design
Wi-fi connection is very stable
Cons:
The adjustment is only in 5% increments. The accuracy of the humidity reading on the unit always seems to be in the +5% range compared to two other hygrometers I placed next to it as a reference.
Once a desired humidity is set, the unit turns on and off quite a few times which is quite annoying, but I assume that is due to the unit trying to maintain the desired humidity setting.

Great Humidifier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like this humidifier! We were able to easily hook up a hose onto the unit and have it drain into our sub pump so we don’t have to frequently empty the bucket. It is also very quiet. Definitely a 5 star product!!!

Just what I was looking for

Works well, is pretty quiet. About the only thing it's missing is a drain pump so it could drain to a bathroom sink, but that's by no means a dealbreaker for me.

Works just like it should

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to set up, new app 1000% times better than the old one (actually connects, let's you log in, doesn't freeze, functions like it should), we have ours on auto and it works just like it should perfectly. Love the smart functions, even paired it with Alexa. Only thing I would change is being able to set the auto target humidity level from the app (can only do this on the machine)

Good dehumidifier, bad wifi feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does s great job pulling humidity out of our basement, if a bit loud. The app to control it is very unreliable and often doesn't work, which is annoying since some features like the ionizer are impossible to activate without using the app
