Dehumidifier works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an office in my damp basement, Frigidaire 50 pint dehumidifier works well. It removes humidity so we’ll that despite 50 pint capacity, I need to empty every two days or so. Will need to hook up directly to floor drain, which is an option.

User Friendly Dehumidifier for modern times

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new dehumidifier is a lot different than it’s predecessor, it took a while to get used to but now that I learned how to get it to work , and do what I need it to do, it is very nice and can be controlled through your phone using Wifi. It seems a little bit more complicated but besides the usual awkwardness with a newer more complex piece of equipment I like it and now you have more of a fine tuned capability to keep your basement drier and keep your dehumidifier safer when temperatures change dramatically.

It Works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It brings great joy into my life. It also keeps the basement dry. The wi-fi feature is near worthless though, and it shuts down when it says the filter is dirty, only it isn't. It easily resets and fires right up, so great joy returns. I also like the reality of Emptiness, which I do every morning. You may not understand this if you drain it into a place of lower elevation or have a pump. I am, otherwise, conventional.

Excellent Smart Dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dehumidifier on the basis of strong reviews. And...it has lived up to those ratings (and then some)! It functions as should and the notifications on my phone to empty the tank are extremely helpful. I suspect some might not sufficiently appreciate this benefit, but I do! Also, the machine is quite quiet. Overall, I would give this 5 stars and my highest recommendation!

Takes a lot of water out of the air

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dehumidifier because my smart thermostat kept flashing warnings about high humidity in the house even though we have central AC. It takes a lot of water out of the air quickly. The tub is filled everyday. I didn't know how humid my indoor air was until adding this appliance. With less humidity, I think the AC is working a lot better. The house is definitely cooler. I like the wifi feature that lets me know that the tub is filled, but since I didn't enabled text alerts (too many of those already), it has limited efficacy. I am happy with this dehumidifier.

No More Moldy Smell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dehumidifier. We were using sprays, candles, baking soda and everything you can think of to reduce the wet, moldy smell in our basement. Bought this dehumidifier and after everything failed . It’s a miracle! Works so well. No more smell and the room is dry and cozy. Can’t believe how much water is in the tank. We dump it at least two times a day. Awesome that it has a washable filter and can connect to an app on the phone. Very durable.
