[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this! It's easy to set up, a little heavy but works great. Especially with Texas heat everything is helpful. Definitely recommend getting this to help cool those crazy summers. Also it's not loud either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this air conditioning unit! It keeps our house feeling cool and crisp! I put this in my large living room/kitchen area and it keeps the WHOLE room cool. The air even radiates to the rooms (which is a split concept!!).

It is so neat you can be away from the house and adjust the ac unit how you need or want it to be when your gone from your home by the app. It is heavy so have someone stout or strong to lift and move it for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice size, and it seems to work well. We unboxed it and turned it on to make sure everything worked. But it is the middle of January and we really cannot install until spring. Seems to work well and is very quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my review for our TCL - 14,000 BTU Smart Window AC - White (E-Star). This air conditioning unit seems to be very well made. It is a pretty heavy unit, but not super bulky. It works amazingly well. We weren't able to put it in the window yet (ny winter), but we were so excited that we took it out if the box and tried it on the table. It immediately blows ice cold air. Lots of options. I love the digital display and the fact that it has a remote and an app so you dont have to leave it running all day and you have the convenienceof not having to get up to change the settings. When you put it in the window and extend the accordion sides to fill in the window gap, this ac unit came with foam to slide into the accordion pieces for more insulation. This unit seems to be very, very well made and came amazingly packaged. I have no doubt this will cool my entire 1st floor of my home and it will be way more energy efficientthan out old AC unit. I cant wait for summer so we can really enjoy it.
