So thankful for the window AC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This window AC came at the perfect time. My gram's AC broke, and she lives in the desert. It was easy to install and connect. It works amazingly. It keeps her house cool without being loud or rattling like an older window AC she had previously. Overall, I'm very happy and so thankful for this window AC.

I’m so happy, It definitely cools a lot works perfectly doesn’t make loud noises. I’m currently working on my own House and omg this is definitely going to be put there to be my ac for my big living room. 🤩

Cools quickly, quietly, and thoroughly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thrilled to review the TCL Q-Series Air-conditioning unit. It came at a perfect time - my family has just finished a Garage renovation/master BR addition to our home and we needed this, we chose not to run duct work from the main home into the addition because the central air/heat unit is not big enough for the extra square footage - this was like a gift from heaven!!!!
Besides all of that, this unit is AMAZING - the installation is so easy they included weatherstripping and a small amount of plasticine for sealing gaps in the box. I can't believe that there's 'an app for that' lol! Any function on the unit is controlled by Alexa and Google assistant - since I live with my daughter and son-in-law who are in their 30's that is much appreciated - I might not ever be able to fully control it but they can!
It is summer time in Texas so I can attest to how much cooling power the little unit has and, when it cools off I will add to the review. After my son-in-law and his dad got it installed and turned it on we waited about an hour to give it plenty of time to cool down - after that hour the room and adjoining bathroom were extremely cool! The unit is whisper-quiet too!!

Very quiet unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you Influenster and TCL for the opportunity to try this product complimentary in exchange for my honest review. This unit puts out a lot of air for both settings, heats and cools our space very comfortably. I was confused with the quality of material for the front cover, until I realized it was a cover for sensing the air temperature, then it made a bit more sense why it is a thinner plastic. I was disappointed with quality in other areas, and would have likely returned the unit had I purchased it at its price point. The installation instructions are easy to follow, and the performance is definitely up there. If you are in the market for a heating/cooling unit this could be one to consider, just inspect your unit for damage so you can determine if it is acceptable considering the price.
