Better than wear the watch to bed.

I've had for just about 2 weeks now. I like it better than wearing my Fenix 8 to bed at night. Overall the band is comfortable to wear to sleep. Battery lasts about 5 days. I would give it 5 stars but it doesn't automatically sync in the morning to the Garmin Connect app. I have had to force push it to the app after several attempts it finally does port the data over. And then they combines with all of your other health metrics being collected by your wearable.
I bought this to stop wearing my watch at night and get a bit of a break. It a very comfortable band that is well priced and gets you good sleep stats through the night. Love the continuity of having both options and it works great together.
I would love this product if it did not irritate my skin to cause itching and discoloration. I don't understand how I can wear watches, chest straps, and other arm monitors, but this one irritates my skin. Is there anything that I can put around it and still give accurate readings?
Good concept, but reliability is a major issue. In less than a year of use, I have already had to re-pair the device 3–4 times because it suddenly stopped syncing and could no longer be detected by Garmin Connect. The latest failure caused the loss of a full night’s sleep data. For a device designed to track sleep automatically, this level of instability is frustrating.
I bought the strap to relieve my wrist from the watch at night. I love it. It fits perfectly, tracks the sleep data and syncs to my garmin connect in the morning.
Completely unreliable as to whether it’s going to record sleep, connect to my app to transfer information, or if an alarm is going to function, if the alarm is goi g to function the vibration even set on high is so slight I can’t depend on it to wake me up. I’ve honestly been putting my old Fitbit on as an alarm instead.
