An excellent sleep monitor

I have been in the Garmin ecosystem for some time, and utilized my watch to sleep with. Wanted to take the off at night, better comfort, and this was a good option. Very comfortable. Stays in place. Gives all the information my fenix 6 does and temp, breathing interruptions.

Doesn't stay connected...

And re-pairing via BT is downright clunky and nearly impossible. Now I know I need to ”tap the device 15 to 20 times " to out into pairing mode. After Garmin says restart phone, restart app, uninstall app. Etc. Crazy. Just start with the tap method. It's all so exhausting.
And before we go there my epix pro gen 2 has zero issues staying connected

It’s OK

bought a few weeks ago and find that my Apple Watch is much more accurate. I planned on wearing the sleep arm band at night while charging my watch but find the results disappointing.

After using this Garmin sleep monitor for a month, I found it to be inaccurate in providing information and difficult to use due to its poor app synchronization, making it hard to track sleep effectively. Additionally, the battery life is inadequate.
