Soled unit. East to navigate. Love the small, easy to read display. Exactly what I was wanting to replace my Edge 520 and it lasted 12 years!

I enjoy how compact and rugged the Edge MTB is. The new top tube mount is pretty slick as well for downhill and enduro riding. I got this unit while sending my Explore 2 in for a broken mount and screen. I actually prefer the smaller size of the Edge MTB.

Love the Simplicity of the Edge MTB

Had the edge 830 and switched to the edge MTB. I am not a huge tech guy, so the simplicity of the MTB over the 830 works in my favor. This does not have a touch screen, but I find I don’t scroll that much while on the trail. Huge win for me.

MTB edge reboots to often on rides

I have used the MTB edge 4 times and it is a nice unit. However I took 3, 10 mile rides and one mountain bike ride. The mountain bike ride went fine but all 3 of my road bike rides the unit restarted 3 times in each road ride. The rides were only 40 minutes each but the MTB edge rebooted 3 times on its own, it just shut down and restarted the battery was above 50%each time. I am considering returning it and getting something else.

Love it it makes my MTB ride amazing. I can focus on the ride at not my wrist looking at my garmin watch
