Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the CleanView Max Lift Off as part of the Stellar Testing Panel. So far, it has been a quality vacuum. The suction is strong and the amount of dust and dirt it accumulates is a significant amount. It left nice clean lines in the carpet which is super satisfying. Emptying the container was easy and mess free. The detachable pod was convenient and easy to use. I do think a slightly longer wand would be helpful to gain access to those really hard to reach places. So far, it has handled hair really well and the brush hasn't gotten clogged. I will be curious to see if this continues with more use as hair clogging up the brush is a frequent issue with our other vacuum and vacuums we've used in the past. The vacuum performed better on the carpet, but it still did a nice job on hard surfaces. Overall, we have been impressed with this vacuum and it's performance.

Versatile Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell CleanView Max Lift-Off Vacuum is a light weight versatile cleaner that is super user-friendly and easy to assemble. The lift-off feature is especially useful transforming it from an upright vacuum to a portable cleaner which was perfect for my staircase and my couches. I used the vacuum primarily to clean up dog hair and crumbs on the floor on both carpets and hardwood floors.
The Bissell CleanView Max Lift-Off is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an affordable and efficient vacuum with maximum cleaning power.

Lightweight and Powerful, But Could Be More Durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the CleanView Max Lift-Off vacuum in exchange for my honest review, as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
This vacuum has been a solid addition to my cleaning routine. It's a bit lighter than your standard upright vacuum, which makes it easier to carry around and maneuver, especially with the lift-off canister for stairs and tight corners.
The suction power is strong, and picks up dust, pet hair, and debris effectively on both carpet and hard floors. The sliding notch on the handle allows you to easily adjust the suction level, depending on the surface you're cleaning (hardwood/ low carpet vs plush carpet).
The lift-off feature operates smoothly and detaches with minimal effort, eliminating the need for any excessive pulling or force.
The canister is a decent size and is easy to empty. I'm not sure of the exact dimensions/ volume capacity, but I'm able to vacuum my whole downstairs (approx 1200 sq ft) before emptying it, even with a moderate amount of dog hair. I included a picture of my hand on top of it for reference.
My only concern is durability—it doesn't feel as sturdy as some other vacuums I've used in the past. Some of the plastic components seem a little flimsy, so I'm curious how it will hold up over time with regular use.
Overall, it cleans well and is convenient to use, but I knocked off one star for the build quality. Still, it's a well-performing vacuum that gets the job done efficiently.

Powerful Lightweight vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the opportunity to review the CleanView Max Lift Off through Stellar Product Testing Panel and I am so happy that I did. My house is 90% carpet so a vacuum is essential in my everyday cleaning. As soon as I received it I got straight to putting it together! The process was simple, clear instructions were provided and everything clicked in together effortlessly.
My first project was the living room. Right away, I could see dust getting picked up and accumalating in the bin. The suction power is strong and the brush really got into the carpet. I also tried out the Turbo Brush on my couch and was so impressed! Even that small brush really packed some power.
My second project was cleaning my car. The dirt bin completely detached from the carpet brush making it lightweight and easier to use when working on a car. The vacuum hose and crevice tool were very useful for car vacuuming.
Overall, all the tools provided, worked excellently and it was fun to use the vacuum. If I could change one thing, I think I would change the vacuum switch. You have to choose from the off/brush/no brush options. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone with pets and children.

Really Great Vacuum!

As a busy family of 4, which includes 3 long-haired females, plus a corgi who seems like she sheds her weight in fur daily, keeping our floors clean and hair-free is a major challenge. The amount of hair and leaves and things tracked into the house far eclipses the time we have to address it. So, when this vacuum arrived with the promise of easy, clean floors, I was excited. And I'm pleased to say that it has delivered!
I'm not extraordinarily tech-savvy, so I was relieved when the vacuum was very simple to set up, and included easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions. The vacuum was ready to go in just a few minutes, much to our corgi's dismay, and I was honestly surprised that she ran upstairs when I started it up, as it was much quieter than I expected.
The Cleanview Max Lift-Off vacuum was super easy to use, with a handy lever that transitioned seamlessly from hard floor to carpet. There are two levels of brush rotation, which is also a nice feature, and the handle was surprisingly flexible, making it easy to vacuum between our couch and chair without having to move the chair. (Before you question my cleaning skills, I did move the chair to be thorough, but had I wanted to take a shortcut due to time, this vacuum would've been a willing partner in crime.)
Another delightful feature is that the vacuum body detaches from its foot, so it can actually be carried around to use with the hose when cleaning higher places. It was surprisingly lightweight, though I could tell it might start to feel heavy after prolonged use, so I'll probably stick to using the vacuum as a rolling upright.
The Cleanview Max Lift-Off Upright Vacuum is nicely compact, which means it stores easily in small closets. And it has a clear tank, so you have a visual of the dirt and hair being picked up, so you can see that it's really working. Another bonus- you know when it's time to change the tank! The tank change was also very easy, which I very much appreciate.
In all, this vacuum is excellent and my carpet and hard floors look amazing! I definitely recommend this upright vacuum for busy households with lots of activity, pets, and people with long hair. (And I'm guessing it's good for quieter households too- I just know it was wonderful for us!)

Ready, Set, Lift-Off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the Bissell CleanView Max Lift-Off upright vacuum to test and keep thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was intrigued by and looking forward to using the lift off feature that allows you to detach the canister and hose from the base. There are a lot of features I appreciate about the Max Lift-Off and a few that could use some improvements.
First off, the vacuum looks nice and although it isn't as lightweight as I anticipated it would be, it is compact. It also has an ample length cord in comparison to my previous vacuums. There are a few parts to assemble right out of the box and was pretty simple. I was a bit confused on which end of the hose went in which spot but it didn't take too much effort to figure it out. The button has an option for off, power on with two bars for carpet cleaning and power on with one bar for hard surfaces. I kept looking for a lever release but I referenced the instructions and it is just a simple step on the base and pulling back with the handle to get started.
My least favorite part of the vacuum is in full upright vacuum mode. The only way I can think to describe it is the way the head attaches to the base makes maneuvering the vacuum feel kind of wobbly. I kept second guessing that I had attached the lift off to the base correctly but I am pretty confident I have. With most pieces being plastic, I worry about the durability of the unit after lifting off and reattaching it multiple times. At first I also thought the rollers weren't working but it has to be in a recline position for them to start moving.
As far as my top features, I would say towards the top of the list is the strong suction and the canister that eliminates the need to buy vacuum bags. It removed a lot of dirt, debris and hair from my living room carpet. Seeing into the canister was equally cool and gross that that was on our floor. My favorite highlight of the CleanView though is the lift off feature with convenient attachments including the turbo brush and edge tool that with a quick slide down turns into a brush. I was so excited to use it the first time that I hadn't read the part of the instructions that noted that the best way to use it is to connect the attachments directly to the hose instead of the wand. Once I did that, it did limit if I was reaching up high, but I enjoyed using the attachments even more as the hose was way more flexible than the wand. Overall I really like using this CleanView Max Lift-Off and even my kids don't mind having to clean up if it means they can use our cool new Bissell vacuum.

A Must-Have Vacuum for Busy Homes

After moving into a new house recently with way more carpet than we had before, I've been so impressed with the CleanView Max Lift-Off vacuum. From the moment I took it out of the box, it was easy to set up and incredibly lightweight—which makes a big difference when you're vacuuming often as I am. With three kids, our house is full of the usual daily messes—crumbs, dirt, and whatever else ends up on the floor—and this vacuum has handled it all without a problem. I've also used it on our hardwood floors, and it transitions seamlessly between surfaces without scattering dirt or leaving anything behind, like my other vaccuums did. My favorite feature is the Lift-Off canister. It's so convenient for cleaning stairs, furniture, and hard-to-reach spots without having to maneuver the entire vacuum. We recently hosted extended family, including a lot of little kids, and this vacuum honestly became my best friend that week. It kept our space clean and saved me a lot of time and stress. Overall, it's been a fantastic addition to our home—and I can't wait to keep using it!

CleanView Max Lift-Off - Easy to use and maneuver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With its swivel steering, the CleanView Max Lift-Off upright vacuum is easy to maneuver around different surfaces of the house. It's powerful suction helps pick up the dust in the corner of the hardwood, the dog hair off the carpet and the cheerios in the kitchen. It also moves seamlessly through the thick carpet in the basement. The wand is easy to remove from the vacuum to get the corners and along the edges of the room and the entire base comes off the rolling wheels to easily vacuum the stairs. The large dustbin easily comes off for emptying after you are through with cleaning. Though the vacuum itself is a bit larger and heavier than some other vacuums, it is still manageable, and the high performance and versatility make it worthwhile. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this upright vacuum.
