The vacuum I didn't know I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, this thing sucks in the best way possible. I am so impressed (and grossed out) by what it's been able to lift out of our carpets that our previous vacuums have not. It's been a while since we've had a plug in vacuum and I didn't realize how much power I was sacrificing for the sake of convenience. The unit itself is a little heavy but not unmanageable. Being able to separate the base for stair vacuuming and getting into tighter spaces is very convenient and helps a lot with the weight issue. We have an even mix of hard surface floor and carpet and this vacuum does great on both. It's intuitively easy to use and gets the job done well. Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for the opportunity to add this vacuum to our collection and clean routine! We are very pleased with it!

Surprisingly Obsessed with this Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm genuinely impressed—this vacuum is a game-changer. It took under 3 minutes to assemble (seriously), and it glides so smoothly it almost swivels. Even my 5-year-old gave it a go and had no trouble zipping across the carpet.
First test? The family room, aka our long-haired cat's favorite nap zone. Despite regular vacuuming, it pulled up a shocking amount of fur and dust (photo proof exists). The crevice tool came in clutch for those tricky dining room corners, and switching between carpet and hardwood was effortless—just a quick button flip.
What sold me? Its power and versatility. Between three kids, a fluffy cat, and daily chaos, this vacuum has handled it all like a pro.

Tackled my Family's mess

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a mom to a dog, cat, and humans. Let's just say our house can get messy quick between the rainy muddy days, pollen of spring, and constant drops and spills. When I received the vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was almost immediately testing its power.
My overall impression was great! I love how lightweight and versatile it is, especially when tackling stairs. The release to remove the base is super easy to do, and made lifting the vacuum up the stairs easier as I did the stairwells. I have very low pile washable rugs and plush carpet in the stairway and hallways, as well as hard wood throughout. It was gentle enough on the hardwood with two settings, one with the brush roll and one that doesn't have the brush roll. I absolutely love that I don't have to switch to a different cleaning system for the hardwoods.
My favorite feature was the option to choose between low and high pile carpet and that it was on the handle. I do wish it was a little higher because I did forget about it because it was on the front, but once I figured out my groove, it helped me get up the Bernedoodle hair off my low pile rugs quite easily.
Overall, I think this is a great vacuum with versatile cleaning power. I feel cleaner in my home after using it.

Premium Powerhouse Pet Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, this Bissell vacuum exceeded my expectations. It's a true workhorse. The motor is not only strong, it is powerful. For my first use, I challenged this vacuum in a carpeted room that rarely gets vacuumed but is heavy with dog hair. Within 10 seconds, the canister was jam-packed with hair then filled several more times. It also raised the nap of the older carpet, like it hasn't looked in years. I knew then this was one amazing vacuum. But there are many other great features. My favorite is that the whole handle doubles as the hose wand with a quick click from the base. No need to attach extension tubes. This is genius! And with a great vacuum comes great attachments. The power brush has stiff bristles and great suction. Plus, it can be taken apart for cleaning. And the 2-in-1 crevice tool has a conveniently attached brush that clicks into place when needed or raises when not in use. The one-click detachment of the lift-off canister is super easy and so convenient for maximizing functionality and simplifying the chore. I also like the swivel steering, which really helps the vacuum reach under furniture. There are two filters onboard and a switch to stop the brush roll. There are several release buttons on the vacuum and they are all simple and work with ease. This vacuum is premium quality and top-of-the-line. It is made with durable, high-grade materials and it's built to last. I am beyond impressed with this vacuum's ability and features. I have no doubt it can tackle any pet hair nightmare. Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this amazing Bissell vacuum. It's a pet lover's dream.

Great Cleaning Power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the box this was super easy to piece together, no tools required. I like that the vacuum is tall enough to be comfortable for me to use, I am 5'9". It's a nice looking machine, with clearly marked, large buttons for all controls, without any added unsightly colors. The foot is not overly wide, I find it fits under the edges of everything I have with ease. My favorite feature was the most amazing flexibility that it has with tight turns! The handle leans way down sideways to easily make low clearance corners. I found it has great cleaning power on carpet and tiled floors, it cleaned up everything I tried with ease, including hair, lint, sand and dry food crumbles. The power switch is clearly marked to turn the brush on or off depending on your needs. As much as I love this as an upright vacuum, I was pretty disappointed with the lift away option. It is heavy and bulky, as the entire pod lifts off the foot in one unit. It's cumbersome with the tall handle still attached but it does clean just as well using the hand tools. This vacuum has 3 filters, a HEPA that should be replaced twice a year and 2 other filters in and on the dust receptacle that are easily rinsed out and reinstalled. All in all, this is a great upright vacuum with really easy to operate controls, easy to clean/change filters, easy to empty dust receptacle, great maneuverability and really great cleaning power. I would recommend this vacuum. I received this vacuum from Stellar Product Testing Panel for my personal use and honest opinion.

Amazed at what my old vacuum left behind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as it arrived, I needed to put it up against my old vacuum. I was blown away at how much ‘stuff' the CleanView Max Lift-Off picked up after I had just vacuumed. Why did I put up with a vacuum that didn't pick everything up? Plus being able to see all the grime and as pretty cool.
Having kids that track in all the outdoor things, I was ready to put it to the test after our first trial! It did amazing at cleaning up the dried mud, wood shavings, leaf pieces, etc. The CleanView did great on my area rugs and hardwood floors, however the switching between rug and floor was not great. It left stuff behind when I didn't have enough space to be fully on one or the other. I also trialed it on my carpet but felt like it was heavy and a little bit harder to maneuver.
Overall it does a great job when focusing on a specific type of flooring. I love that all the attachments have a home on the machine vs trying to keep track of where I put them when they are needed.

Strong and Reliable

I am always looking for a reliable and functional vacuum, as we have 3 dogs, 2 cats, and live on a farm. Between the animal hair and mud, I clean multiple times a week. Assembly was simple and self-explanatory, but the directions were easy to read. When cleaning carpet, the first thing I noticed was the strong suction power. Because of the suction power, the vacuum requires more effort to move it forward and backward, and while I'd prefer power over ease, my arms did start to tire towards the end of the clean. The attachments are my favorite feature; the detail brush that attaches to the handle is a life saver! The bristles are soft, but sturdy, and I use it to detail-clean baseboards, doors, windows sills, around our stone fireplace, and that pesky area where the carpet from the stairs meets the hardwood on the floor. I wish the retraction of the handheld wand was longer and more flexible; the vacuum falls over when I'm reaching too high or at a funky angle. The vacuum does well on our hardwood and laminate as well. I haven't had issues with it struggling to pick up debris, but I do use the wand under cabinets and in corners where the vacuum is just too bulky to reach. I love that there are places for each attachment, and I've only had occasional instances of them falling off. Emptying the vacuum is simple and doesn't require too much man power, which is always appreciated! In general, this is an excellent vacuum, a little on the heavier side, but the attachments make up for it!
