Amazing vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I was very impressed with the vacuums performance and overall design. It is also compact enough to be able to store away. The cleaning power exceeded my expectations and I love the option to remove the hose and clean the ceilings with the handle. It's handled everything from fine dust to larger debris and really helped remove my pet fur everywhere since he sheds like crazy. I love the option to change from hard floor to carpet. It has great suction and so easy to clean! Highly recommend. Thank you Stellar product for sending me this! I use it daily!

Solid, effective vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd Bissell upright corded vacuum I've owned and I continue to be impressed! I received this vacuum through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and have used it with no problems. I have 2 black dogs and cream colored carpet on the entire 2nd floor of my house, so vacuums and I are good friends. This vacuum is extremely easy to empty, as well as take apart completely. THIS is important so that you can thoroughly clean the bin and filters from time to time to get all the dirt out so that your vacuum doesn't smell like a dog when you turn it on :) As much as I enjoy cordless vacuums for quick jobs, there is nothing like the power from a corded vacuum on carpet. The only reason this vacuum didn't get 5 stars from me is that I felt it was too lightweight to have enough suction power so really get down in the carpet for a deep clean. The light weight of it however is nice for when you use the lift off feature! That feature is great for cleaning my stairs. Another plus is this vacuum was SIMPLE to put together out of the box. The instructions were clear and concise.

Easy to use, not always intuitive

Upon opening the box, I observed about five different pieces that needed to be assembled prior to use. There are simple assembly instructions included, and it took less than two minutes to put together.
The CleanView Max Liftoff is easy to maneuver as I moved from rug to hardwood throughout our house. The bottom portion has a little swivel that makes it easier to handle than some other household vacuums.
The attachments are exactly what we need without too much extra.
My only complaint is that some of the features are less intuitive than they could be. There are lots of buttons and dual-use attachments that one may miss at first glance.

This is a POWERFUL vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a three-story townhouse that's mostly carpeted, and we share it with a very energetic black lab who somehow finds his way into every room. His favorite activity? Running full speed up and down the stairs. He's a mix of several breeds, which means he sheds—a lot. Black hair everywhere. So this vacuum really came at the perfect time.
First impression: putting it together was super easy and intuitive. I barely needed the instructions. Compared to my old vacuum, this one feels light to medium in weight, which I appreciate. It's compact enough to store in a hallway closet or tuck into a corner of the room without being in the way.
What surprised me most was how powerful it is. I love that you can choose to use the roller brush or not, depending on what you're cleaning. I didn't fully realize how well it was working until I looked at the container—and wow. It picked up more dog hair in less time than my previous vacuum ever did.
Since getting it, I've used it throughout the entire house: area rugs, carpeted stairs, hardwood floors. The upholstery tools have been a lifesaver too, especially for cleaning the steps and getting all the extra dog hair and debris off the furniture.
Overall, I'm really happy with this vacuum. With a husband, babies, and a shedding dog in the mix, it's definitely made keeping our home cleaner a lot easier. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this upright vacuum.

Good vacuum with nice features

The main vacuum does a good job cleaning messes on my hardwood floors, low-pile rugs and carpet. The tangle-free feature is my favorite feature. It makes vacuuming so much easier. However, the included tools did not work as well as the main vacuum and I found myself needing to go over the same spots on carpet several times to get them clean.

Decent Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that this vacuum deserves 3.5 stars, but since I can't give half stars, I gave it the benefit of the doubt. This vacuum is sturdy and built well. It rolls smoothly, and transitioning from carpet/rug to hardwood is good. The cleaning power is good on hardwood, but only ok on carpet. There is no light at the front of the vacuum. Even though this is a small feature, it lights up the area making dirt more visible. So not having a light makes cleaning more difficult. The max fill line in the debris tank only goes about 1/3 of the way up the tank (see picture). So I'm constantly having to empty it. I like the lift off feature. It makes cleaning areas like stairs and high surfaces more convenient. Overall, this is a well built vacuum, but lacks a little in performance. And at the end of the day, it does everything a vacuum is supposed to do. Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me this vacuum to review!

Great vacuum cleaner!

We have 3 kids and this vacuum does a great job at picking up all of the dirt and crumbs from the floors. We have different flooring throughout the house and it's nice that this vacuum works on different floor levels. I love how everything is easy to take apart and clean. Lightweight, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as part of the Stellar product testing panel, and was impressed with how easy it was to assemble, and its small footprint. I have a variety of floor surfaces in my home that include hard floors, low pile rugs and plush carpets. The liftoff has a very easy to use switch to ensure you are getting the best clean for each surface type. I was very pleased with the maneuverability of the upright vacuum, it was able to navigate around furniture and obstacles very easily. The liftoff function made cleaning my stairs and upholstery although the attachments were not the most effective for cleaning upholstery. I ran this vacuum in my upstairs after our robot vacuum ran a cycle and was very impressed by the amount of debris that was left behind, for the price point the cleaning power is exceptional. My only complaint about this vacuum is that the power cord is in a poor location and I constantly get it caught in the wheels even if I am trying to hold it out of the way. Overall a great machine at a great price point!
