Expensive Piece of Junk

Do not buy this unit if you want a functional working adapter/converter. I read the reviews before buying and should have listened to the negative reviews. I had this on the correct setting of adapter to use with an international hair dryer that uses the same settings as the country I was in, which was New Zealand. I made sure to double check all settings so that they were compatible so I know it was not my user error. This expensive piece of junk stopped working entirely after 2 minutes of a low use hair dryer setting. It completely short fused and broke and wont work at all after total of 2 minutes of use!!! I have to wait until I head back to Canada to try and get my money back. The unit is flimsy, only has 2 small prongs to stay in the wall and doesnt stay in the wall securely. Its also super heavy on top of being completely useless. Recommend to wait until you just get to your country destination and buy cheaper way better functional adaptor/converters there which is what I did for half the price. Don't waste your money!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
