Requires reboot many times a day

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stream through Sling. And on this TV only. It hangs up multiple times a day. All other services work as the should. And sling works on all other devices. So some sort of incompatabilities between the two.

1. Check for firmware updates – Keeping your TV up to date can resolve many performance issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system.
If you're still noticing performance issues after these steps, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. You can also connect with a LiveChat agent via the ‘Support’ link on our website.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a gamer and one thing us gamers want is a crystal clear Hyper image screen and wonderful sound. I have a Ps5 we need a good screen graphics and so on plus the sound. Samsung provides top notch tv and electronic Samsung as a customer and 46 years old I seen a lot change from vhs uhf cox and more. You all have made every proud because you all keep giving us top of the line tv and electronics and more thank you for what you all do keep working hard
