[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be fair this replacement micro/convection arrived at our summer home just before it was shut down for the winter, so it was barely used.
That being said it is ridiculously complicated to use as a convection. The one it is replacing was extremely easy to use. Unfortunately, that convection turntable stopped working. This oven has too many steps! I question if this is a cheaper version of the one we had. On the plus side Jennair honored the warranty without hesitation. It just took a very long time to receive it. I can't say whether or not I would recommend it as I didn't have the chance to really get to know it.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Hard To Use
